Teaching
Teaching Philosophy
I firmly believe that teaching is integral to research and essential for the development of a junior scholar.
During my Ph.D. program, I had the opportunity to teach the Introduction to Operations Management course (BUSOBA 3230) as a full-time instructor in the summer of 2023. Prior to this, I served as a teaching assistant for that and multiple other courses at both the undergraduate and MBA levels, including courses in Operations Management, Business Analytics, Project Management and Service Operations. These experiences have shaped my teaching philosophy, which centers around:
Continuing conversations and communication outside of the classroom
Providing application-oriented learning experiences
Continuously innovating by revamping curriculum and course content
Integrating research and teaching, as they are highly interrelated
